If you haven't changed the default credentials that comes with the router you can read briefly our router default usernames and passwords list. If you forgot your username and password you can follow few steps to get them again. Login and Password need to be provided to connect to your proper admin pamel. You'll be directed to the Admin login panel. Once you know your router's Brand, introduce corresponding IP Address in into your Browser Address Bar.
If it doesn't work, then SERCOMM is not your Router Brand. Accessing your Router Admin through a SERCOMM's IP Address will allow you to change the settings that your router software provides.
